Welcome to our community yoga program! We believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of their background, experience level, or financial situation. That's why we offer free yoga classes in Avata.

Our classes are led by volunteer teachers who are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others. They bring a variety of styles and approaches to their teaching, but all share a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their practice.
