Class Details

  • Duration: 45 minutes of immersive Lyra Hoop experience.
  • Level: These classes are tailored for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Please note that they are not suitable for beginners.
  • Dress Code: Strict adherence to the dress code is required. Wear a full-sleeve top and full-length cotton trousers to ensure safety and comfort during your practice. Participants will not be allowed to join the class if the dress code is not followed.
  • Equipment: To maintain grip and enhance your performance, practitioners must bring a pair of gloves with a suitable grip.
